I really like Tony Robbins. I might also consider people like Lewis Howes as a life coach, but the format of the “coaching” is through his podcast, “The School of Greatness”.

Anyway, my point is that a life coach doesn’t necessarily have to be someone that you personally know or chat with, but life guidance can be sourced and acquired through books, podcasts, videos, or other digital mediums. Nowadays, we can connect with anyone in the world without needing lots of resources and connection. Best of luck!

I second to Kru Mike, the favorite life coach I’m really not sure who that is. I also use the podcast as a platform I would go through to get some resourceful content and some amazing guidance from many different speakers, and when I hit the low point; yes the podcast is my friend and such a great great coach!! I personally would recommend listening to Jay Shetty’s, Lewis Howes, Rich Roll, Mindset Mentor, Ten percent Happier and so much more
