    Don’t try to control the uncontrollable. Many things in life are beyond our control, particularly the behavior of other people. Rather than stressing out over them, focus on the things you can control such as the way you choose to react to problems.

    Stress is also something I have problems with. Some things are impossible to not think about. I usually listen to music that makes me happy, it’s not the best way but it helps for a while until I can manage to handle the problem that is stressing me out.

    The best thing for me is to just take a break. Take a break from what’s stressing you out, maybe take a short weekend holiday and go to the beach or mountains. Come back and start fresh!

    For me talking help but when I have no one to talk to I write it down in a notebook. I just write down what I’m feeling and it helps for me.

    Take a rest! it’s okay to just sit and do nothing sometimes. Be kind to yourself!!! that’s key!

    For me personally, I would journal my thoughts away; it makes me put things into perspective and another hack is to integrate your breathwork into your daily life, Check out Wim Holf on YouTube 🙂
