    There are many ways you can motivate yourself. However, you can start by setting a goal, track your progress and most important try to make it fun and enjoy it! Take it step by step try to challenge yourself but if it is too hard you can always slow down.

    hahaha I also have this exact same problem! Any one have any suggestion? 😅 I think I just lack of discipline

    personally, I set a goal– whether its a weight goal or body type goal– and try to work my best to achieve it. Or maybe if you have a role model, you can draw motivation from them. But remember to NOT be hard on yourself, different people can reach their goal on a different rate.

    Change your identity, not to fake it to make it but create the environment and create the identity of who you want to become, do you want to become a girl who loves working out? do you want to be stronger, why you want to exercise more? Do you want to a healthy girl? Then time to take a small step to get there in every single day; start eating healthy, taking an action!
