Guri Prime is a subscription-based membership that gives you access to premium features and privileges, such as exclusive promotions, a cashback program, advanced connections with other users and wellness professionals, and much more. It runs on a monthly basis and can be cancelled anytime without additional costs.  

Guri is currently serving Thailand. Most of our business partners and wellness professionals are located in Bangkok and other major urban areas of Thailand. Shipping overseas might be available with some of our vendors.

All of our virtual services on the platform can be accesses from anywhere in the world, and are available in both English and Thai.

For Guri Prime:

For Guri Market Deals:

• Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
• Bank Transfer
• Thai PromptPay (QR code)

When you purchase a plan, your initial purchase price is valid for the duration of your subscription, until your automatic billing cycle ends.

If you then purchase a new subscription after your previous cycle expires, you will be charged the current price for your selected subscription. Any former price does not apply any longer and cannot be retroactively applied.

You can always update your credit card details to keep your plan/old pricing from expiring.

Cancellation steps can differ, depending on where you subscribed (directly through our website, Apple App Store, or Google Play). Please review below to see the steps that apply to you. 

If you purchased your subscription from the Guri website:

• Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app) at https://guri.me
• Visit my orders, navigate to my subscriptions, and click/tap “CANCEL”.
• If the button is not there, please contact us. We can help.

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:

• Open the Settings app 
• Tap on your name 
• Tap “Subscriptions”
• Select the Guri subscription
• Tap “Cancel Subscription” to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:

• Open the Google Play Store
• Tap Menu (Profile Photo) and then Subscriptions
• Tap the subscription you want to cancel
• Tap Cancel subscription
• Follow the onscreen instructions

If you have been provided a free subscription from an organization or any sort of promotional offering, you do not need to cancel your subscription, it will automatically expire based on the date of the agreement.

Guri Prime subscription is not refundable.

If you don’t want Prime anymore, you can cancel any time and keep what you paid for. You’ll remain Prime member until your next payment is due.

After that, your account switches to free.

Your cashback balance will never expire! You can always use it as long as you have an active Guri Prime subscription. 

If you pause or cancel your Prime subscription you will have to re-subscribe in order to use any remaining cashback credit previously accrued. 

We don’t currently offer a free trial. Feel free to contact us if you think you should be entitled for a trial and we will evaluate your request.
