The recommended amount is 2-3 times a week. I like using products from LUSH they have so many formulas you can choose from, right now I am using the ocean salt scrub. They also smell amazing!
Omg I also use LUSH!! I love their products but for face scrubbing I scrub my face once a week or twice a month
LUSH IS THE BEST. I love all their products especially their scrubs. I do it at least once a week but no more than 3 times a week. Amazing! 😍
I love doing DIY facial scrubs at home from grounded coffee it works great with your body too!
