Some indoor activities I know of are rock climbing (indoors) and trampoline parks (Bounce Thailand). Try checking them out, hope this could help!
I do aerobics and self stretching at home or at my condo’s gym
During the lockdown I started working out at home, I bought myself a set of dumbbells for home since it’s risky to go out 😭
I’ve been doing yoga at home and meditating to relax and try destress from the current situation!
My sister has been doing hula hooping but I’ve been doing bodyweight training at home.
I create my own workout of the day. I rotate and focus on different muscle groups and mobility; for example, today: lower body, today: upper body, abs, cardio and etc
