    Which type of sports is the most suitable for people who had Osteoarthritis?

    Low impact activities will be beneficial for these people. I recommend swimming, water aerobics, walking, resistance band training, and other light weight strength training exercises that won’t require the use of a strong hand grip (ie using dumbbells won’t be a good idea).
