    Just because it’s Friday does not mean you need to destroy all the healthy progress you’ve made all week…

    In fact, this is your chance to catch up on quality rest, get some fresh air, some exercise, and load up on social interaction without getting drunk and destroying your body… Not saying you can’t have a drink or two, just keep it clean 😉
