    Anything can be turned into cardio if you really try! 🙂

    I recommend 15-20 minute walks first thing every morning. Especially if you’re a cardio beginner, keep it easy, fun, and very doable. After you build this habit into your routine then try to add other workouts in, like jumping rope for 20 minutes or riding a stationary for 20 minutes later in the day. Hope that helps!
