Yes absolutely! Eat normal healthy whole foods! The protein builds broken muscle cells, and the carbs required for energy. Some high protein foods are eggs, soybeans, yogurt, chicken breast, tofu, broccoli, etc, and don’t forget to eat ‘fat.’ Fat helps your body lubricate your joints.
and don’t forget to sleep properly 🙂
