A three-day retreat designed to connect you to your body, mind and spirit for personal growth. Mornings start with yoga, breathwork and laughter. Afternoon sessions include classes on nonviolent communication, goal-setting, leadership building and design-thinking for personal growth.

Reserve your spot for 7,900 THB plus ticketing fees. The program includes all the classes above plus a gratitude journal, coffee & tea, and daily healthy lunches.
In order to gain the most from this experience, each workshop series will be limited to 10 people.
Accommodation can be booked by contacting us so we may understand your needs. You are welcome to book your own near our venue and get to the venue on your own or through a provided ride that can be scheduled by contacting us.
