I find that it really helps to put my experiences into perspective and get out of the slump of the moment when I listen to inspirational speakers, my favorite podcasts like The GaryVee Show, The School of Greatness, and The Daily Stoic. I highly recommend those.
I would recommend listening to Dr.Nicole Lepera’s podcast. Besides, her IG page is very insightful. They provide great content. I definitely recommend doing inner work: shadow work, trauma bonds, inner child etc. by looking inwardly and listening to your body more.
Krumike has also said this, but I really recommend GaryVee too. He has a way with words that can make you feel better, at least for me. Try it out👍
