What are some of your guy's quick, tasty, and still healthy recipes?

A basic menu I recommend is grilled chicken breast , salad and boiled egg. Fried rice is also very easy to make but try to use olive oil and try using the healthy alternatives to season the rice like salt pepper or fish sauce that has less sodium.
So I tried out another menu last night and I wanted to share it here. I made spinach fettuccini with pesto sauce and salmon it was very easy to make and very delicious!
