Reduce Inflammation to Fight Alzheimer’s risk
People who harbor high levels of chronic inflammation at midlife are more likely to experience memory loss and problems with thinking in subsequent decades.
To keep this concise, we all need to reduce our exposure to toxins and anything that creates inflammation in our bodies and our brains.
How?
1. Drink filtered water (and drink lots of it)
2. Filter your air (with HEPA)
3. Avoid exposure to air pollution
4. Use Castile soaps to wash away toxins from the skin without adding more
5. Use a sauna or sweat regularly to release toxins
6. Eat a higher fat, lower carb diet
7. Exercise/move your body daily
8. Eat more fiber and antioxidants
